Oil Shrimp

This delicious recipe of exquisite oil shrimp prepared with a creamy sauce of squid ink, orange juice and a spicy touch of chipotle chili, gratinated with cheddar cheese, topped with a touch of fried pore, are ideal for preparing a taco with tortilla flour and guacamole. They are very good, go ahead and prepare them.

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, cleansed
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/8 cups Chile chipotle milled
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons squid ink
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups leek, cut into thin strips and fried
  • enough flour tortillas, To accompany
  • enough guacamole, To accompany


Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil, cook the garlic and onion to soften, add the shrimp until they cook well. Remove the shrimp from the pan and reserve.
Add the orange juice, the chipotle chili, the sour cream and mix perfectly, add the squid ink, mix and season with salt to your liking, add cheddar cheese to melt, add the shrimp to the sauce.
Serve the shrimp, accompany the preparation with flour tortilla, guacamole and a touch of fried crispy pore.


Serve the shrimp in a casserole dish and serve your tacos over a flour tortilla, a little fried pore and guacamole.


You can add all the cheese you want to grill in the oven and get even richer.
