This delicious recipe of exquisite oil shrimp prepared with a creamy sauce of squid ink, orange juice and a spicy touch of chipotle chili, gratinated with cheddar cheese, topped with a touch of fried pore, are ideal for preparing a taco with tortilla flour and guacamole. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilo of shrimp cleansed
  • 1 Cup of orange juice
  • 1/8 of Cup of Chile chipotle milled
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 spoonfuls of squid ink
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 Cup of cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 Cup of leek cut into thin strips and fried
  • enough of flour tortillas To accompany
  • enough of guacamole To accompany

    Preparation

    Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil, cook the garlic and onion to soften, add the shrimp until they cook well. Remove the shrimp from the pan and reserve.
    Add the orange juice, the chipotle chili, the sour cream and mix perfectly, add the squid ink, mix and season with salt to your liking, add cheddar cheese to melt, add the shrimp to the sauce.
    Serve the shrimp, accompany the preparation with flour tortilla, guacamole and a touch of fried crispy pore.
