Preparation
Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil, cook the garlic and onion to soften, add the shrimp until they cook well. Remove the shrimp from the pan and reserve.
Add the orange juice, the chipotle chili, the sour cream and mix perfectly, add the squid ink, mix and season with salt to your liking, add cheddar cheese to melt, add the shrimp to the sauce.
Serve the shrimp, accompany the preparation with flour tortilla, guacamole and a touch of fried crispy pore.
