A very rich and healthy recipe of cooked salmon inside waxed paper with vegetables. In this way you can keep a dish low in fat; since by wrapping it in the paper, it will be cooked with the steam and juices of the same ingredients; making its flavor unique and the fish is moist and smooth.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 salmon fillets, (200 grams each)
  • 1 cup fennel, in juliana
  • 1 cup carrot, in juliana
  • 1 cup snow pea
  • 4 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vermouth, dry
  • 1 orange, cut into slices without seeds
  • waxed papers

Preparation

Cut 4 pieces of waxed paper of 30 x 60 cm.
In the center of each paper place 1/4 of the fennel, the carrots in the peas.
Sprinkle the verdruas with salt and pepper and place a salmon fillet on the vegetables. Season the filet with salt and pepper.
Place on the fillet 2-3 slices of orange and a little of the vermouth.
Close the waxed paper by folding it first of both sides inwards and then the other two sides inwards.
Place the salmon fillets in a dish with the bends down so that it does not open and cook in the microndas for 4 minutes.
Place the fish in a dish with or without the waxed paper and serve.

TIPS

Steaks can also be made in the oven, cooking them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
