Preparation
Cut 4 pieces of waxed paper of 30 x 60 cm.
In the center of each paper place 1/4 of the fennel, the carrots in the peas.
Sprinkle the verdruas with salt and pepper and place a salmon fillet on the vegetables. Season the filet with salt and pepper.
Place on the fillet 2-3 slices of orange and a little of the vermouth.
Close the waxed paper by folding it first of both sides inwards and then the other two sides inwards.
Place the salmon fillets in a dish with the bends down so that it does not open and cook in the microndas for 4 minutes.
Place the fish in a dish with or without the waxed paper and serve.
