Parsley Cream Salmon

Easy, fast and delicious salmon with parsley cream. A perfect combination since the flavor of the salmon combined with the perfumed flavor of the parsley gives each bite a unique sensation. Prepare it for any occasion, sure everyone will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo salmon fillet
  • 4 cloves garlic, in halves or quarters
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 liters sour cream
  • 1/2 bunches parsley
  • to taste salt

Preparation

We cut the salmon into medium cubes and salted it.
Place the cream and parsley in the blender with a pinch of salt, reserve.
Place the olive oil in an extended pan, light over medium heat and place the garlic allowing them to remove their smell, without getting too brown. Next we place the pieces of salmon and raise the temperature, turning so that they take a slight golden tone on their sides.
When they take this "light" golden tone, add the liquefied parsley and cream to the pan. We cover the pan and lower the fire back to medium. We hope it boils and we lower the temperature a little more.
It will be ready in a sigh, remember that the fish takes nothing to cook :)

PRESENTATION

A few sprigs of parsley out there encimita. I accompany it with white rice with corn kernels and butter. Some garnish of steamed vegetables, carrots, broccoli, etc.

TIPS

Choose a cream of good quality. I make this same recipe with chicken breasts. You can finely chop the garlic.
