Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1/2 kilos dogfish, cooked and crumbled with herbs
  • 250 grams tomtato, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 plantains, chopped
  • 100 grams walnut, or chopped almonds
  • parsley, chopped
  • oils
  • salt
  • dry chicken broth or bouillon, to season

Preparation

Put to fry the garlic, onion and oil, since it is sharp, add the tomato to which it is fried.
Since the tomato changed color, add the male banana, walnuts or almonds to be cooked.
When the banana is cooked, add the shredded dogfish to cook.
Season with salt and the consommé powder.
Last pot add the chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve with toast or cookies and can be completed with an avocado slice.
