Ingredients

4 portions
  • 16 prawns
  • 4 cloves garlic, in sheets
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • white wine
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 16 wooden sticks

Preparation

Remove the head, skin and legs to the prawns and with the help of a toothpick devein.
Cover and reserve in the refrigerator until use.
In a hot pan add the olive oil.
Then add the garlic in sheets, they should only brown.
Then, out of the fire add, the white wine.
Return to the fire and let the alcohol evaporate a little.
Finally add the prawns along with the paprika and season with salt and pepper.
Let cook until the liquid is slightly reduced and the prawns are cooked but tender.
Serve with mayonnaise and lemon wedges.
