Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 kilos shrimp, for cocktail, peeled and clean

  • olive oil
  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 limes, just the juice, strained
  • 5 zucchini, cooked, diced
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 500 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 can chipotle chile, little
  • 100 grams mustard
  • 100 grams honey

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the shrimp, lemon juice, tomato, parsley, pumpkins and finely chopped garlic.
Blend mayonnaise and he chipotle. Reservation.
