Preparation
Open the shrimp very carefully in the middle and fill with a little cream cheese. Salpimenta.
Beat the shrimp with flour, egg and Bimbo ® Classic Ground Bread.
Place the shrimp on skewers and fry in a pan with hot oil over medium heat, until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
Serve the shrimp with the sauce.
