Breaded Shrimp Brochette with Creamy Green Sauce

Try this delicious brochette of breaded shrimp accompanied with an incredible and creamy green sauce with avocado. The shrimp are super crispy and the best part is that they are filled with cream cheese!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups big shrimp, without shell and clean
  • 1/4 cups cream cheese, smoothing
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs, smoothie
  • 1 package Classic Ground Bread Bimbo ®
  • 10 skewer sticks
  • 1 cup oil, to fry
  • 1 cup tomato, roast
  • 1/4 onions, grilled
  • 1 clove garlic, roast
  • 1 habanero pepper, roast
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Open the shrimp very carefully in the middle and fill with a little cream cheese. Salpimenta.
Beat the shrimp with flour, egg and Bimbo ® Classic Ground Bread.
Place the shrimp on skewers and fry in a pan with hot oil over medium heat, until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
For the sauce, blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
Serve the shrimp with the sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve the brochettes with the green avocado sauce.

TIPS

Crush the shrimp very well, if necessary, pass twice for egg and breadcrumbs; to prevent cheese from coming out when cold.
