Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams pre-cooked rice
  • 3/4 liters fish soup, hot
  • 2 tomatoes, mature
  • 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 red bell peppers, cooked
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 8 medium shrimp
  • 4 prawns
  • 200 grams squid, in rings
  • 400 grams fish fillet, red snapper or sea bass
  • 8 mussels
  • 100 grams pea

Preparation

In a paella pan or large pan put heat oil, and cold garlic and remove them.
Then, sauté the tomato and onion in the same oil; add the squid and saffron, leaving them on the fire until the seafood is cooked; add precooked rice.
With a spatula remove the ingredients above, and when they are taking color, add the hot fish stock.
When it begins to boil, add the shrimp, prawns, mussels, clams, fish, peas, and season with salt and pepper; At the last place the peppers so that they remain as decoration on the surface.
