  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 6 pieces of poblano pepper tatemados, clean and deveined
  • 1/2 kilo of shrimp cleansed
  • 1 piece of onion finely chopped
  • Manchego cheeses to taste
  • Butters to taste
  • Salt necessary amount
  • black pepper necessary amount

    Preparation

    Stew the shrimp with garlic, onion, butter, salt and pepper.
