A fun and original recipe. Chimparones is a recipe for grilled shrimp but arranged in a fun way. Enjoy this recipe accompanied by a spicy tomato sauce.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 pound shrimp, large, clean but with tails
  • 3 twigs rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • black sesame seeds
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 radish

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of the shrimp and marinate for a few hours or overnight. Make shrimp skewers to keep their shape. Cook the shrimp in a pan for a few minutes.
Peel and cut finely the radish and shape the face. Cut the bottom of the radish and shape the ball to make the mouth. Put two sesame seeds as eyes and one as a mouth.
Carefully, put the face using a little cream cheese to "stick".
Using toothpicks, attach the "arms" to the body, then using more cream cheese to "stick" the head to the body.
