The diabla shrimp are a very common recipe in Mexico, I like to prepare them with this recipe that are more creamy and with more flavor.

4 portions
  • 1 package fettuccine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 tomatoes, without seeds and cut into large cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 500 grams shrimp, raw, peeled, cleaned and cut in half throughout
  • 500 milliliters cream
  • Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • pepperoncino Italian crush red pepper , to taste
  • 1 twig parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
  • paprikas

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, but do not add salt.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and 3/4 of the tomatoes until softened, stirring occasionally.
Add the shrimp; Cook until they turn pink. Add the cream, the vinegar, the paprika and the peperoncino; Cook until they are finished heating.
Drain the pasta, put it in a platter; add the mixture of shrimp, parsley, parmesan and the rest of the tomatoes; stir well to coat them.
