Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, but do not add salt.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and 3/4 of the tomatoes until softened, stirring occasionally.
Add the shrimp; Cook until they turn pink. Add the cream, the vinegar, the paprika and the peperoncino; Cook until they are finished heating.
Drain the pasta, put it in a platter; add the mixture of shrimp, parsley, parmesan and the rest of the tomatoes; stir well to coat them.
