Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp, cooked for cocktail
  • 2 cucumbers, cut in cubes
  • 1 tomato, chopped in cubes
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

In a deep bowl place all the ingredients and mix them.

PRESENTATION

In a very beautiful glasses you can present them from the start, or in individual glasses, as well as in a large fountain and each one is served to your liking. I recommend decorating it with a slice of avocado to the top of the glass or with a shrimp on the edge of the bowl.

TIPS

All the ingredients are recommended to be cut in small size so that the flavors and colors are appreciated. If you want the cocktail to sting a bit, you can add Tabasco sauce, or some red hot sauce of your choice, or finely chopped serrano peppers to the mix.
