Preparation
Boil the tomato, garlic, onion and jalapeños. Once cooked liquefy them with cilantro and cream cheese.
Put a pan with a little oil and put the onion, garlic, tomato, salt and pepper.
Fry the tortillas for two minutes, when fried, fill them with shrimp and roll them up.
Place the tacos in a mold and pour the sauce, place the grated Manchego cheese on top and bake the dish until it is au gratin.
