Preparation
In a pan, roast the peppers with the onions and garlic with a touch of oil until golden brown. Remove. In the same pan, roast the tomatoes with another little oil until they are well roasted.
Blend a handful of peppers, onions and tomatoes together with the cloves and cubes of Knorr® Tomatísimo®. Add a little water if necessary.
In the pan with a little hot olive oil, fry the shrimp just 5 minutes until they have changed color. Add the liquefied sauce and the remaining peppers and a few drops of lemon. Let boil for 5 more minutes.
