Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package fusilli type pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 shallot, girl, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 glasses dry white wine
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, peeled and clean
  • 1/3 cups fresh coriander, chopped fresh
  • Kosher salt

Preparation

Prepare the pasta as indicated by the package and reserve.
While cooking the pasta you can prepare the rest. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the shallots and garlic until they soften, empty white wine, freshly squeezed lemon and lemon pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add the shrimp and cook until they have changed color and note that they are well cooked.
Add the pasta and the chopped cilantro. Stir Season with salt.

PRESENTATION

Serves hot in individual dishes.

Hola Karen, el echalot es como una especie entre cebolla y ajo... es chico y morado. El lemon pepper es una especie que se vende en el super (básicamente es una mezcla de pimienta con limón).

Excelente platillo Nada mas que no se a que se refierea con echalotes o lemon pepper. Me imagino que el jugo del limon pero me pudieras definir las claro? soy de ags, mexico muchas gracias.
