Preparation
Prepare the pasta as indicated by the package and reserve.
While cooking the pasta you can prepare the rest. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the shallots and garlic until they soften, empty white wine, freshly squeezed lemon and lemon pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add the shrimp and cook until they have changed color and note that they are well cooked.
Add the pasta and the chopped cilantro. Stir Season with salt.
