Grilled shrimp brochettes are a super easy food to prepare. The grill gives a different flavor to the shrimp.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 300 grams shrimp
  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • ground garlic
  • olive oils
  • chicken seasoning, lemon-pepper

Preparation

Clean the shrimp.
Cut the onion into large squares of 2 x 2 cm approx.
Season the shrimp, ground garlic and pepper-lemon seasoning.
Take a toothpick and varnish it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a shrimp, and one of onion and so on until filling the stick leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
Put on the grill until everything is cooked taking care not to overcook the shrimp.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a green salad.

TIPS

You can also make them in the pan.
