Habanero shrimp with cream

With this recipe you can prepare delicious spicy prawns with a little cream.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 kilo of shrimp raw and with shell
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 small boxes of Nestle media creama
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 45 grams of Butter
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 50 milliliters of milk cow
  • 6 habanero peppers

    Preparation

    First the shrimps (1 kilo) are cleaned, they are made with peel, and when they are clean they add pepper and salt (to taste) and let them rest.
    While the onion is fried in a pan with butter and olive oil, in a blender add 6 Habanero chiles, 8 cloves of garlic, 2 small boxes of cream, salt to taste, olive oil, 1/8 onion and 50 milliliters of milk approximately, this is liquefied and the mixture is added to the onion acitronada.
    It is left to fry for 10 more minutes and this mixture is added to the shrimp and left to boil for another 10 minutes or depends on how cooked the shrimp want. This is served with white rice.
    You can substitute shrimp for octopus or crabs.

    PRESENTATION

    With white rice can be accompanied and also with fried male plantain.

    TIPS

    The stew must be medium thick and when serving it can be sprinkled with olive oil.
