This lasagna will be perfect if you like sea foods, accompanied by the Alfredo Estilo Casero Prego® sauce that will give you the delicious and creamy touch for a very original lasagna. Do not stop trying!

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, cleansed
  • 10 bars surimi, whole
  • 3 bunches chard, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 8 cups Water
  • 10 pasta for lasagna, (sheets)
  • 380 grams cream cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 jar Salsa Alfredo Traditional Home Style Prego®, 411g

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the garlic, onion until bright and transparent. Add the shrimp, the surimi, the chard and cook for a few minutes. Season and reserve.
Heat the water in a pot and add salt. Cook the pasta sheets, drain and reserve.
For the sauce, blend the cream cheese, the mozzarella cheese and the Alfredo Estilo Casero Prego® sauce. Reservation.
In a container for greased lasagna, place sheets of pasta base, a little filling covered with lasagna sheets and the cheese mixture until you have several layers.
For the last layer add more sheets of lasagna and sauce. Finish with grated mozzarella cheese.
Gratin in the oven for 15 minutes. Rest the lasagna, cut and serve with a little fried chard.

PRESENTATION

Serve enough mozzarella cheese at the end of your lasagna so you can grill it.

TIPS

Do not overcook the stuffed prawns so they do not get too hard with the lasagna cooking in the oven.
