  • Oil Oleic® Butter Flavor Spray to taste
  • 3 pieces of yellow lemon
  • 450 milliliters of lemon soda
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 on of lemon tea
  • 2 spoonfuls of Red chili pepper
  • sea ​​salt to taste
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • white pepper to taste
  • scallion to taste
  • skewer sticks necessary amount
  • chopsticks necessary amount

    Preparation

    In a pan at medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil, the juice of 2 lemons, garlic, chili flakes and lemon tea. Once the garlic is transparent, add the soda. After 2 minutes, lower the temperature to the minimum.
    Clean the shrimp, removing the stomach. With the help of a toothpick, remove the stomach of the shrimp, this is on the back of the crustacean (it is black, as if it were a vein).
