Pasta with Shrimp Homemade Garlic

Try this delicious spaghetti with a rich flavor of butter, garlic and guajillo chili, accompanied by shrimp, with a subtle hint of oregano and Parmesan cheese, definitely the best entry for lunch.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 cups of Water
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • 400 grams of Spaghetti
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 4 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic cut into sheets
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chili pepper cut into rings
  • 1 1/2 cups of shrimp
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat with the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the pasta, salt and bay leaves, cook 10 minutes or until it is al dente.
    Heat a pan over low heat with the oil and melt the butter, add the garlic slices, the guajillo chili, cook until smooth.
    Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, add the pasta, season with salt, pepper and oregano.
    Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate the paste with oregano and guajillo chile rings.

    TIPS

    Do not overcook the shrimp, otherwise the consistency will change and they will remain chewy.
