Pineapple Shrimp skewers

Pineapple shrimp skewers are a super easy to prepare food. The grill will give a different and tasty flavor.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 300 grams shrimp
  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • minced garlics
  • olive oils
  • 200 grams shrimp

Preparation

Clean the shrimp.
Cut the onion into large squares of 2 x 2 cm approx.
Cut the pineapple into triangles the same size as the onion.
Take a toothpick and varnish it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a pineapple, a shrimp, and one of onion and so on until filling the stick leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle some salt and crushed garlic .
Put on the grill until everything is cooked taking care not to overcook the shrimp.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a green salad.

TIPS

You can also make them in the pan.
