Preparation
For the dressing, in a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup sauce, the pickles, the purple onion, the lemon juice, the spicy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
Cut the pineapple in half and with the help of a knife or spoon remove the pulp, cut into small pieces and reserve.
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the pineapple, the radishes, the tomato, the celery, the onion stems, the pepper, the coriander and the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill the pineapple with the salad, decorate with a fan of avocado and fresh cilantro. Serve with crackers.
