Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • 1 bag of hominy
  • 3/4 of onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams of guajillo chili pepper
  • 1 Cube of Swiss Knorr
  • oregano

    Preparation

    Cook the shrimp with 1/4 onion, 1 garlic, water to cover the shrimp and salt. Leave it until they are cooked.
    Remove the shrimp and set aside. In the same water of the shrimp, put the corn to cook and add a little more salt. Let it cook for 1 hour.
    Serve the broth, corn and shrimp to a pot where the pozole will finish cooking.
    Blend 3 garlic, half onion, chile guajillo and knorr. Strain the preparation and serve over the broth.
    Let cook the pozole at least 15 minutes. Test and rectify salt if necessary.

    PRESENTATION

    You can accompany it with lettuce, lemon, oregano, radish and toast.
