Ingredients

  • 20 pieces of big shrimp
  • 6 pieces of skewer stick
  • 5 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 pieces of pasilla boiled and deveined
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 3 pieces of orange its juice
  • 1 piece of lemon its juice
  • 3 pieces of tomato roast
  • to taste of Salt to taste

    Preparation

    For the adobo, liquefy the tomatoes with the garlic, the pasilla chiles, the onion, orange juice, lemon juice and salt to taste.
    Marinade the shrimp with the previous mixture and let stand for 3 hours.
    Insert the shrimp into the skewers and broil until they are cooked on both sides.
    Accompany with a few drops of lemon, mayonnaise and the sauce of your choice.
