Preparation
Devein and peel the shrimp, just leave the tails. Put the skewer sticks in water for 15 minutes. Heat the grill and add a little vegetable oil.
Mix in a bowl, honey, soy and vinegar. Arrange skewers with shrimp, a piece of pineapple, a piece of chives and repeat.
Put the skewers on the grill for two minutes, turn the glaze over with the sauce, turn over and re-varnish. Leave them on the grill until the pineapple and chives are a little burned about 3 minutes.
