Ingredients

4 servings
  • vegetable oils
  • 6 spoonfuls of honey
  • 3 spoonfuls of soy
  • 3 spoonfuls of rice vinegar
  • 500 grams of jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 piece of pineapple cut into pieces
  • 1 bunch of scallion chopped up
  • skewer sticks

    Preparation

    Devein and peel the shrimp, just leave the tails. Put the skewer sticks in water for 15 minutes. Heat the grill and add a little vegetable oil.
    Mix in a bowl, honey, soy and vinegar. Arrange skewers with shrimp, a piece of pineapple, a piece of chives and repeat.
    Put the skewers on the grill for two minutes, turn the glaze over with the sauce, turn over and re-varnish. Leave them on the grill until the pineapple and chives are a little burned about 3 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a little of the remaining sauce.
