Ingredients

4 portions
  • vegetal oil
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 500 grams jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 pineapples, cut into pieces
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped up

Preparation

Peel and clean the shrimp, just leave the tails. Put the skewer sticks in water for 15 minutes. Heat the grill and add a little of the vegetable oil.
Mix the honey, soy and vinegar in a bowl. Assemble the skewers with shrimp, a piece of pineapple, a piece of chives and repeat.
Put the skewers on the grill for two minutes, turn varnish with the sauce, turn and refinish. Leave them on the grill until the pineapple and chives are slightly charred, about 3 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with some of the leftover sauce.
