If you want something fresh for a hot day, this mexican shrimp ceviche is super easy and delicious, accompany it with toast or crackers and eat it as a snack or cold starter.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups shrimp, boy, clean and without shell
  • 1/2 white onions, finely chopped
  • 5 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 serrano peppers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 5 drops hot sauce
  • 2 lemons, in rooms, to decorate
  • 1/2 cups tortilla chip, of corn to decorate

Preparation

In a large bowl, place the shrimp, onion, tomatoes, chilies and cilantro. Combine
In a bowl, mix the lemon juice very well with the oil, salt, pepper and sauce.
Add the juice mixture to the shrimp and stir. Cover with plasticized paper and marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until the shrimp have changed color.
Serve and decorate with lemon quarters and corn chips.

PRESENTATION

Serve in small plates accompanied by corn chips and decorate with slices of lemon.

TIPS

If you want to make it more consistent add ketchup.
