Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp, medium
  • 2 guajillo chilies
  • 1 Chile de árbol pepper
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 kilo tomtato
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • 1/2 sticks butter

Preparation

Remove the veins and seeds if you wish to reduce the intensity of the itching of your dish. Hydrate the chiles in a bowl with boiling water.
Cut the tomatoes and add them in the glass of the blender. Blend them together with the peppers including chipotle, onion, garlic clove and a little water in which the peppers were hydrated.
Pour this sauce into a pan with oil and leave to heat until it changes color. Season to taste.
You can sauté the shrimp previously in butter and dip them with the sauce when you serve them or cook them directly in the hot sauce. In any case, take care not to overcook them.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with white or red rice or a neutral garnish that combines with the spicy.

Hola Marta, le puedes retirar la vena a los camarones con ayuda de un palillo o bien cortando ligeramente con un cuchillo y retirarles la vena. Saludos :)

los camarones no se limpian se les debe de quitar la venita?
