Preparation
Remove the veins and seeds if you wish to reduce the intensity of the itching of your dish. Hydrate the chiles in a bowl with boiling water.
Cut the tomatoes and add them in the glass of the blender. Blend them together with the peppers including chipotle, onion, garlic clove and a little water in which the peppers were hydrated.
