Preparation
Fry the shrimp in the butter, garlic and olive oil until they are cooked. Mix the milk cream, the chicken or fish consommé and the chipotle chile sauce and add to the pan with the shrimp.
The fire is lowered and left until the cream boils. And ready!
It can be served with a rice soup.
