Preparation
Mix in bread crumbs, flour, paprika, salt, pepper and oregano in a deep dish.
In another dish beat the eggs lightly and add a few drops of Tabasco sauce.
Put the shrimp through the egg and then through the mixture of bread crumbs.
In a fryer heat oil and fry the shrimp until golden brown.
Put on absorbent paper to remove excess fat and serve.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped chives.
