Preparation
Fry the onion and pepper in small cubes in oil for 2 minutes and add the shrimp and chilies to fry for 3 minutes. Reserve.
In a small saucepan over low heat drain the beer and add the slices of cheese little by little until they are completely melted, remove from heat and reserve.
Remove the edges of the bread and put a layer in a refractory greased with butter, add the shrimp stew and bathe with the cheese sauce.
Bake for 20 mins. approx. at 180ºC until the cheese dries. Turn off the oven and let it rest before serving.
Accompany with lettuce salad.
