Delicious souffle with shrimp and cream cheese, this souffle is one of my favorite recipes, you can make the same recipe with the ingredient of your choice.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 package box bread, big white
  • 1 kilo shrimp, shoddy
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 can red pepper
  • 1 package yellow cheese
  • 1 can light beer
  • butter
  • serrano peppers, canned, chopped to taste
  • olive oils

Preparation

Fry the onion and pepper in small cubes in oil for 2 minutes and add the shrimp and chilies to fry for 3 minutes. Reserve.
In a small saucepan over low heat drain the beer and add the slices of cheese little by little until they are completely melted, remove from heat and reserve.
Remove the edges of the bread and put a layer in a refractory greased with butter, add the shrimp stew and bathe with the cheese sauce.
Bake for 20 mins. approx. at 180ºC until the cheese dries. Turn off the oven and let it rest before serving.
Accompany with lettuce salad.
