A rich and fresh Tacos de Camarón that takes less than 20 minutes to prepare. They are a perfect meal for a day at the beach.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 300 grams of shrimp peeled, deveined and pre-cooked
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander chopped
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 3 tomatoes in cubes, without seeds
  • avocados
  • green lemons
  • Corn tortillas

    Preparation

    Cut the shrimp into medium pieces.
    Stir in the tomato, purple onion, shrimp, lemon juice and cilantro.
    Heat the tortillas and put the mixture of shrimp and a slice of avocado in each one.
    Serve 3 tacos per plate and serve with lemon.

    Sencilla, ligera y buenísima. Yo le puse un poco de pimienta y sal. También la puedes acompañar con galletas saladas.
