Preparation
In a large skillet heat the vegetable oil and brown 1/2 chopped onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes.
Put the shrimp to cook in oil, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add the chipotle and cream to the pan and mix well, cook for 5 more minutes or until the sauce begins to boil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the tortillas in a comal and assemble each taco by first putting a layer of shrimp, then a layer of chopped onion and finally the lettuce.
