Shrimp toasts in Morita Chile

Try these creamy shrimp in a different way, on some toast with beans and accompanied with jicama and parsley. With this recipe of shrimp toast in morita and mayonnaise chili with McCormick® soybean oil you can give a spin to the classic toasts that are already very popular among Mexicans. This is an excellent option for Lent and you will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 4 morita chili peppers
  • 1/4 cups peanut
  • 3/4 cups Aderezo de mayonesa McCormick®, with soybean oil
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, filleted
  • 1 1/2 cups shrimp
  • 8 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • refried beans
  • enough jicama
  • enough parsley, To accompany
  • enough lemon, To accompany

Preparation

In a deep pan, pour the soybean oil and cook the onion, garlic, tomato, morita pepper and peanut for 10 minutes. Then blend everything with the mayonnaise dressing with Mc Cormick® soybean oil. Reservation.
In one add the soybean oil and cook the garlic, the shrimp and the previously blended mixture for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked.
Spread the toast with the beans, add the shrimp, jicama and parsley.
Accompany with lemons and enjoy.
