Preparation
In a deep pan, pour the soybean oil and cook the onion, garlic, tomato, morita pepper and peanut for 10 minutes. Then blend everything with the mayonnaise dressing with Mc Cormick® soybean oil. Reservation.
In one add the soybean oil and cook the garlic, the shrimp and the previously blended mixture for 15 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked.
Spread the toast with the beans, add the shrimp, jicama and parsley.
Accompany with lemons and enjoy.
