Shrimp with Black Beans Tacos

Give a twist to the way to eat tacos and prepare this delicious recipe for Shrimp with Beans Tacos. To give the shrimp a richer flavor, you can make them creamy and spicy with ground chipotle chile.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 400 grams cheap shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Chile chipotle milled
  • 1 tablespoon maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons manchego cheese, grated
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cups guacamole
  • 1/4 cups chipotle sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups black bean, whole, without broth
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • enough yellow lemon, To accompany
  • 1/2 cups guacamole

Preparation

In a pan heat the oil and add the onion with the garlic, add the shrimp, the cream, the ground chipotle and cook for 5 minutes. Season with maggi sauce, English sauce, salt and pepper. Add the cheese, cook until melted. Reserve.
In a comal over medium heat heat the flour tortillas.
Place the flour tortilla on a plate, spread the guacamole, add the shrimp, the chipotle sauce, the black beans and decorate with the avocado.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with the avocado and accompany with lemon and a cold beer.

TIPS

A healthier option is to replace the flour tortillas with lettuce leaves, in the same way they will be delicious and lighter.
