Ingredients

4 portions
  • chipotle peppers in adobo sauce , smoothie
  • 1 cup mango chutney
  • 3 cambray onions, chopped tails
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 16 big shrimp, peeled but with cola
  • oils
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Mix the chipotles, onion tails and mango chutney. Rectify seasoning.
In a frying pan with a little oil, cook the shrimp after 2 min. Add the sauce you have just prepared.
