Tamarind and shrimp are flavors that complement each other perfectly, dare to prepare this recipe for Shrimp with Tamarind Chutney.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, smoothie
  • 1 cup tamarind chutney
  • 3 cambray onions, chopped tails
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 16 big shrimps, peeled but with cola
  • oils
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Mix the chipotles, onion tails and tamarind chutney. Rectify seasoning.
In a frying pan with a little oil, cook the shrimp after 2 min. Add the sauce you have just prepared.
Serve 4 on a plate and decorate with the coriander leaves.
