The shrimp won ton you can serve as a snack or as a main course. In this recipe the shrimp is mixed with the mango chutney and this gives it a delicious flavor.

Preparation
Mix the chipotles, onion tails and mango chutney. Rectify seasoning. Mix half of the sauce with the shrimp.
Cut the won ton slices into triangles and varnish them with the yolk.
Place chopped shrimp in the center of the won and wrap it in a triangle.
Fry until crisp and transfer to absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Serve 4 on a plate and accompany with the sauce that was left over.
