Prepare these delicious and easy shrimps marinade with chipotle pepper, orange and tomato, served with white rice and vegetables. Ideal for any occasion, these dish is full of flavor.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 white onions, roasted, for marinade
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted with peel, for marinade
  • 1/2 cups chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, for marinade
  • 1 tomtato, roast, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups Water, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for marinade
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp, clean and without peel
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice, to marinate
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

For the sauce, blend the roasted vegetables with the chipotle peppers, orange juice and water.
In a bowl, marinate the shrimps with lime juice, salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and the butter. Fry the chopped garlic until browned. Add the shrimps and the sauce and cook fror 10 minutes.
Season and serve warm.

PRESENTATION

Serve with white rice.

Try not to overcook the shrimp.
