Preparation
For the sauce, blend the roasted vegetables with the chipotle peppers, orange juice and water.
In a bowl, marinate the shrimps with lime juice, salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and the butter. Fry the chopped garlic until browned.
Add the shrimps and the sauce and cook fror 10 minutes.
