Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cups soy
  • 1 cup snow pea
  • 1 cup shrimp, cleansed
  • 2 pumpkins, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Chile de árbol pepper, cut into aritos
  • 1 cup spring onion, cut into strips, just the little tail
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Heat a deep frying pan or a wok for oriental food over medium heat with the sesame oil. Add the white onion, with the garlic until they have a bright color, add in ginger and cook 3 more minutes.
Add the carrot with the soy sauce, add the Chinese pea with the shrimp to be cooked, add the pumpkin, the parsley leaves, season with the chili, onion rings and salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad and sandwich the shrimp with the carrot and Chinese chicharon.

TIPS

To achieve a higher nutrient count, it is preferable to blanch the vegetables by immersing them in boiling water for a short period of time.
