Preparation
Heat a deep frying pan or a wok for oriental food over medium heat with the sesame oil. Add the white onion, with the garlic until they have a bright color, add in ginger and cook 3 more minutes.
Add the carrot with the soy sauce, add the Chinese pea with the shrimp to be cooked, add the pumpkin, the parsley leaves, season with the chili, onion rings and salt and pepper to your liking.
