Preparation
Cook the rice for 30 minutes over low heat.
Once cooked season with sugar and vinegar.
Place mango strips, a layer of cream cheese, a bed of rice, then the seaweed, a layer of cream cheese, shrimp, surimi, cucumber and avocado.
Roll up and compact.
Cut the roll into slices not too thick or thin.
