Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup surimi, in Little pieces
  • 1 cup shrimp, cooked in small pieces
  • 150 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in juliana
  • 1/2 avocados, in juliana
  • 4 slices mango, in thin strips
  • 4 seaweeds
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup rice, for sushi
  • vinegars
  • sugar
  • soy sauce
  • Water
  • black sesame seeds
  • salmon, in thin slices (optional)
  • chili powder, (optional)

Preparation

Cook the rice for 30 minutes over low heat.
Once cooked season with sugar and vinegar.
Place mango strips, a layer of cream cheese, a bed of rice, then the seaweed, a layer of cream cheese, shrimp, surimi, cucumber and avocado.
Roll up and compact.
Cut the roll into slices not too thick or thin.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with grated carrot, soy sauce, and a slice of salmon. Spread sesame and chili powder to your liking on the roll. Serve at the time.

TIPS

Wait until the rice is tempered before making the roll. When you put the ingredients of the filling, do not put too much and then the slices are very large.
