A delicious roasted swordfish steak with a touch of white wine.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 100 milliliters white wine
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • oils, for the grill

Preparation

In a glass refractory, mix the garlic, white wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, seasoning of your choice, salt and pepper.
Place the steaks in the refractory to marinate.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning frequently.
Heat the grill or griddle over high heat and lightly grease with oil.
Cook the steaks on the grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side.

PRESENTATION

If you want, garnish with parsley and a few slices of lemon.
