After eating this delicious dish in the famous restaurant Nobu, I discovered this recipe very similar to the one I tried. The tempura shrimp go in a spectacular spicy and creamy sauce!

Preparation
Make the creamy sauce like a mayonnaise, mixing the egg yolks, with salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, vinegar of rice, and little by little adding the oil.
Add the garlic spicy sauce and reserve.
Prepare the mixture for the tempura, add the yolk to the ice water and stir well. Add the flour until it is well mixed. (The mixture is a bit lumpy).
Prepare the shrimp, remove the heads, tails and skin.
Put about 5 cms of oil in a pot until it reaches 170 degrees Celsius (measure it with a special thermometer).
Dip the shrimp in the tempura mixture and then fry for 1-2 minutes. Let them dry on disposable kitchen towels.
Put the fried shrimp in the prepared creamy sauce and add the teaspoon of lemon.
Garnish with chopped chives.
