Preparation
In a pan add a little olive oil, sprinkle the salmon and add a touch of English sauce and dora. Reservation.
On a plate put a bed of Italian lettuce and in the center you put the Romaine lettuce in the form of a codend.
The peppers can go raw or sauté them with little olive oil.
Put the other ingredients one by one, varying them with each other, around the flake of the romaine lettuce.
Decorate with grated carrot and sprinkle the sesame and accompany with dressing of your choice.
