Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper without seeds
  • 400 grams of Salmon cut into small cubes
  • 1 piece of avocado cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of cucumber cut into small cubes
  • 1 Cup of alfalfa sprouts to serve

    Preparation

    Blend the soy sauce with the sesame oil, the ginger, the garlic, the lemon juice and the serrano pepper until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
    In a bowl, mix salmon with avocado and cucumber. Pour the previous preparation and marina 10 minutes.
    Serve in rings of 5 cm (about 2 inches) in diameter pressing lightly to compact. Unmold and decorate with alfalfa germ. Enjoy
