Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 serrano pepper, without seeds
  • 400 grams Salmon, cut into small cubes
  • 1 avocado, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts, to serve

Preparation

Blend the soy sauce with the sesame oil, the ginger, the garlic, the lemon juice and the serrano pepper until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
In a bowl, mix salmon with avocado and cucumber. Pour the previous preparation and marina 10 minutes.
Serve in rings of 5 cm (about 2 inches) in diameter pressing lightly to compact. Unmold and decorate with alfalfa germ. Enjoy
