Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 salmon fillets with skin
  • 1 jar of capers
  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled
  • 1/2 Cup of extra virgin olive oil

    Preparation

    Wash the salmon fillets well and dry.
    Place fillets with the skin underneath in a pyrex. It is not necessary to grease it previously.
    In a food processor or blender, liquefy the capers, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
    Pour over the salmon fillets.
    Cover pyrex with aluminum foil and drain for 15-20min at 200 ° C or until golden brown. They should be semi cooked on the inside so they do not dry out.
    Ready!

    PRESENTATION

    It can be accompanied by tagliatelle with butter and parsley or couscous.
