Recipe baked salmon with a cream of mustard with thyme and rosemary. Exquisite even for those who do not like salmon!

Preparation
In a food processor, put the garlic, rosemary, thyme, wine, oil, dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon of coarse-grained mustard. Chop until well blended.
Transfer to a small bowl and add the other tablespoon of coarse-grained mustard. Stir.
Preheat the oven broiler (broil) and put the salmon in a refractory. (Tip: Put aluminum foil under the salmon so as not to get dirty). Put salt and pepper on the salmon and put in the oven for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and generously put the mustard sauce that was prepared. Return to the oven another 5-7 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and the sauce begins to brown.
Pass the salmon fillets to individual dishes and serve with lemon.
