Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180C degrees).
Spray PAM on a tray or container ovenproof like Pyrex
Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce the heat and add the lemon juice, the capers and the lemon-pepper powder. Cook another 5 minutes.
Add the sour cream and cook another 5 minutes, or until hot.
Meanwhile, put the salmon in the tray or Pyrex and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is opaque.
Serve with the sauce and garnish with dill and lemon slices.
