Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 salmon fillets, cool
  • 2 manila handles
  • 3 lemons, its juice
  • 5 chives, chopped
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Put the 4 steaks with your skin down and cook for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 5 more minutes.
If you want the skin of the salmon to be crispy, turn it over and cook for 5 more minutes. Try a small piece of salmon to prove your term.
While cooking the salmon, chop the mangoes and mix with the lemon juice, chives, salt and pepper.
Place each salmon fillet in a single dish and place 3 tablespoons of mango salsa on the fish and serve.

PRESENTATION

Garnish the dish with chives and mango sauce.
