Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet without skin
  • 6 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
  • 3 spoonfuls of Maple syrup
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of Salt

    Preparation

    Mix dijon mustard, oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
    Season the salmon patties with the salt on both sides and place them in the bowl with the marinade. Let them stand for 1 hour, covered in the refrigerator.
    Add a little oil to a baking tray and place the salmon fillets, varnish the marinade and bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the oven and re-varnish with the marinade. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
    Serve on a plate and accompany with salad.
