In a bowl, mix mango, cilantro, tomato, habanero pepper with purple onion. Season with yellow lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Heat a grill over medium heat, add coconut oil, add the seasoned salmon to your liking with salt and pepper until it cooks perfectly well. Remove the salmon from the fire.
Serve the salmon with the pico de gallo and a few slices of lemon. Serve and enjoy.
