Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 mangos, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tomtato, cut into small cubes
  • 1 habanero pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups red onion, firmly chopped
  • 2 yellow lemons, its juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 Salmon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, mix mango, cilantro, tomato, habanero pepper with purple onion. Season with yellow lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Heat a grill over medium heat, add coconut oil, add the seasoned salmon to your liking with salt and pepper until it cooks perfectly well. Remove the salmon from the fire.
Serve the salmon with the pico de gallo and a few slices of lemon. Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve perfectly cooked smoked salmon with the pico de gallo on top.

TIPS

Salmon is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that help reduce inflammation and are a source of vitamin D.
